大塚・帝京大学／Otsuka・Teikyo-Daigaku
A station located at the intersection with the Yaen-Kaido. The Ooguri River flows near the station and you can enjoy a walk along the river. In addition, there is a large ginkgo which is estimated to be 500 years old, and it is also designated as a cultural asset of Hachioji City, which is a 10-minute walk from Otsuka Shinmeisha.
野猿街道との交差点に位置する駅。駅近くには大栗川が流れており、川沿いの散策を楽しむことができる。また、徒歩10分の距離にある「大塚神明社」には、樹齢500年と推定される大イチョウがあり、八王子市の文化財にも指定されている。
中央大学・明星大学／Chuou-Daigaku・Myoujou-Daigaku
Chuo University Tama Campus is on the west side of the station, and a campus of Meisei University Hino School on the east side. The station is directly connected to each school by a Pedestrian deck. You can enjoy nature walks in the Mukaiyama Ryokuchi area, which is a 3-minute walk while you are full of students all year round.
駅の西側に中央大学多摩キャンパス、東側に明星大学日野校のキャンパスがあり、駅から各校へはペデストリアンデッキで直結している。年間を通じて学生で賑わうかたわら、徒歩３分の向山緑地では自然散策を楽しむことができる。
