Googleマップの評価は現時点で★3.9。クチコミ数が51件とそんなに多くないけど、★3.9はなかなかの高得点。高評価の内訳は「美味しい！」「餃子がモチモチ」「ランチが安くてボリュームがある」など、特に餃子に関する評価が多い。一方、低評価は一部従業員とのやりとりに関する意見が見受けられるが、他は概ね高評価。ほとんど悪くいう人はいないようだ。

黄金の炒飯
例によって餃子が食べたくなって、餃子専門店の弘福へ。中国人が経営する普通の中華料理店。何はともあれ「焼餃子」と「水餃子」それとノーマルのチャーハンをオーダー。結構ボリュームがあったので頼みすぎたと後で気づいた。

水餃子はプリプリとした厚めの皮で、モチモチとした食感。うまい！餡はうすしお味で皮の甘みを引き立てる。キノコの風味がした野菜スープも淡く優しい味わい。

焼餃子
焼餃子も水餃子同様ぶりっとしてモチモチの食感にパリッとした焼き目の香ばしさがある。備え付けのバルサミコ酢を数的垂らすと、また違った風味が広がってうまい。他にも見た目が真っ黒のイカスミ餃子やそば粉の入った餃子など変わり種もあったが売り切れだった。
